Terms & conditions

Leaf & Bloom makes hair and lip care in small batches in Pakistan and sells it directly, with no shop in between.

That is who this agreement is with: Leaf & Bloom, the name we trade under, working from Lahore. We do not print a street address on this site; when something has to come back to us, we give you the address on WhatsApp at the time.

• You can order through this site or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Either way the order is the same order.
• An order becomes an order once we confirm it. Until then it is a request, and putting something in the cart does not reserve it.
• We may decline an order — if something has run out, if the address is somewhere our courier does not reach, or if a price or a description on the site was plainly wrong.
• You can change or cancel an order right up until the parcel is handed to the courier. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can.

• Every price on this site is in Pakistani rupees. The price on the product page is the price.
• Delivery is charged separately and is set out on the shipping page.
• Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Nothing is charged before that.
• Bank transfer is coming soon. For now, cash on delivery.
• Every price shown includes tax. Delivery is the only thing added to it, and what delivery costs is on the shipping page.
• We can change our prices, but never on an order we have already confirmed.

Orders are dispatched from Lahore and delivered within 6 working days of your order, anywhere in Pakistan. What delivery costs, and where we deliver, is on the shipping page.

Returns and exchanges are for products that arrive damaged or expired, and we cover the cost of the return. The whole policy is on the returns page — it is short.

• Everything we make is a cosmetic. None of it is medicine and none of it is advice about a medical condition.
• Every ingredient is listed in full on the product’s own page. Read it before you order, particularly if you have an allergy.
• Use each product the way its own page describes, and follow any warnings printed there.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?

Every ingredient is listed in full, but everyone reacts differently. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy to any ingredient listed, patch test before full use.

If something you buy from us irritates your skin, stop using it and tell us.

• The words, photographs, logo and design on this site are ours. Please do not republish them as your own.
• A review you submit stays yours; sending it gives us permission to show it on the product page, with the name you signed it with.
• We may update these terms. The date at the foot of this page says when they were last read through.

These terms are governed by the law of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from them is for the courts of Lahore.
